Problem with clasp

When I received the chain, I couldn't get the clasp to open. This is the third chain I either purchased from the store or was shipped to me. I am waiting for another on but I did ask before it was to be shipped To Please Check it over that it works properly. I do like the chain but it doesn't work properly.

Clasp Does Not Work

I ordered both the 20" and 18" Dot Dash chains for my daughter. The clasp was non-functional (would not open) on both chains. The chain also looks much flimsier than in the photo. It's sparkly, but cheaply made. Returned, and I have a very disappointed teen.

Clasp broke when trying to open it! It’s very pretty and sparkly!! I bought two the other one 20” opened. There isn’t a lead chain very difficult to open!!

Love these!

I have bought several of these over the years in both gold and silver and in different sizes, and I love them. I’ve never seen a necklace with this “dot and dash” design before. Even wearing just one can make an otherwise mundane outfit really fun. I finally got some in several gradual sizes ant am excited to try them on!

Sparkling Beauty

I purchased this necklace in a 20" about a year ago. It has proven to be a quality necklace. A few swipes with a jewelry cloth and it sparkles like new. It's actually a stunning piece. I purchased the 24" to wear with a pendant or to add to the 20" for dual look. Love this.
