Wrong size that didn't match description

The item size that I selected was 36R for the jacket and 30W for the pants. The pants came 36W. That would be a weirdly shaped human to wear a 36R jacket and 36W pants. I reached out to customer service and all was offered was a return. I just want the correct size pants, especially needing the suit for an upcoming event. Customer service was not an English speaking representative nor did they work at Macy's.

Great fabric

Great fabric and the slim design is comfortable and cool at the same time. I had so many compliments while wearing the suit. It made me feel and look like the superstar that I already am!

Low Quality

I genuinely tried to give this suit combo a fair chance. I ordered two separate ensembles. The first arrived with poor tailoring on the upper right shoulder, creating a noticeable bulge and ruining the silhouette of the jacket. Wanting to believe it was simply a one-off manufacturing defect, I ordered a second suit in the exact same color and size — only to find a very similar imperfection again and in worse condition. What made matters worse was the overall condition of both suits. Neither appeared new. They looked heavily worn, dry-cleaned, stored away for an extended period, and then repackaged for resale. The fabric, structure, and overall presentation lacked the crispness and quality one would expect from a new suit purchase. Honestly, I’m extremely disappointed. Receiving two suits with similar defects and questionable condition, I can confidently say the quality control and presentation fell far below expectations.
