Product was damaged in two places! And since the “window” to be returned has been shortened, I’m stuck with this

Broken Cake Box!!

Poorly packaged and arrived broken in multiple areas

Arrived Broken

The wood cake/bread carrier is beautiful, but unfortunately was not packed properly for shipping. It arrived broken in two places. Would of been a great gift for my sister. :( I will return the item.

Damaged upon delivery

DO NOT ORDER THIS ONLINE. I ordered four of these and all of them arrived damaged. The replacement batch was damaged even more despite my warning that they should be packed properly. I was told that I did not need to return the damaged items, that I could just throw them away. Yet the charge still appeared on my Macy's card. I had to call several items to get the issue resolved. I am still waiting for the refund to process.

love the design but no for me

I love the idea and design and it will let you carry a taller cake but the main issue for me that this box is very heavy even when it's empty I can't imagine with a cake 🤦🏻‍♀️

Poor Quality

it is a lovely concept. Upon opening noticed cracks in the front. Wanted to love it! My husband said he could repair and strengthen it, but not at that price. I would have exchanged it, but the price changed and I won’t pay more for a replacement. and in fact I believe it’s simply poorly constructed or low quality materials were used. I’m returning it.
