poor quality, sandal fell apart first use

I purchased two pairs of these sandals for my daughters, and just a few hours after they wore them for the first time, the platform separated from the straps on both pairs. I’m really disappointed with the quality, as I expected better durability for brand new shoes. I would not recommend these sandals and believe a refund is deserved.
