Falls apart

Bought these end of December. I’ve only worn once. One earring twisted and hung backwardly. Stored them in my earrings drawer. Went to wear again this week and the whole hook part that goes in your ear fell off. Expensive for junk. Very disappointed in quality and now return window has expired (March now). I only got to wear once!
