Received USED

If I could leave a zero I would. First, I placed the order on June 5th and received on June 15th. Received the shoes only to discover they were USED!!! I immediately set out to my local Macy’s to return them only to discover that I have to ship the shoes back as they were purchased through one of Macy’s 3rd party vendors although I purchased from Macy’s website!!! Now I have to ship the USED shoes back and I hope my refund doesn’t take as long as the shipping. Macy’s please work with your 3rd party vendors on purchases and returns for the convenience of the customer.
