Chairs of questionable quality

Beautiful chairs, but they are of poor quality. I ordered 4 chairs and 3 out of 4 were damaged. I had to ship them back. The vendor promised the replacement, but it didn’t happen. The customer service is impossible to deal with. At this point I have no chair and no refund. There is only an outstanding balance on my credit card.
