Rug does not lay flat

There are a few flaws with the rug. The pattern is as pictured. The rug came folded in half then in quarters. Most rugs I have ordered come rolled. This rug is still not flat, it has creases and lines all through it. Never have I had a rug stay in that shape before and not lay flat. Frustrated.

Not laying flat after 6 months

LOVE the design is beautiful, bought a large and small and both are not laying flat I am disappointed, I thought it was from the storage of the rug but it is still lumpy? Will probably have to replace and too late to return/exchange.
