Wrong jacket

I ordered this and received the embroidered jacket. I ordered it again and it happened again. I called customer service and they assured me that I would get the right GV Petite Amanda Denim Trucker Jacket, HOWEVER I again received the embroidered jacket!! How does one get the exact jacket-NO embroidery on your website?? This is THREE TIMES receiving the WRONG JACKET.
