Received damage product

I received a sweater that is coming apart and not something I can wear, I understand it was on sale, however, it is not wearable due to the damage. Macy’s shouldn’t sell damaged items. So disappointed.

Unhappy with this purchase

Do not buy this item. It looks great in the pictures on the website but even though I followed the washing directions, it “pilled” and looks horrible. I wore it two or three times and now am literally throwing it away. The quality is so inferior. I am very unhappy. I am barely outside of my return window and Macy’s refused a return exception request that I made based on the low quality. Macy’s said that since it was used, I couldn’t return it. Obviously it was in perfect condition before I used it. That didn’t make any sense to me.

Poor Quality

The sweater looked old as soon as I put it on. It washed horribly. I do not recommend.
