Like the pants but not the size chart!

I really like the pants themselves, however, I followed their size chart and the pants are at least one, maybe two sizes too large. I would really like to exchange them for a smaller size, but the order says it is a final sale and no returns are allowed. I guess I'll call my local store to see if they have them. I rather doubt it since they were a "final sale" item. Macy's, you need to adjust the sizing chart for Gloria Vanderbilt pants!
