Not well packaged
The main part of this arrived shattered. It was in a exterior box with thin layer of bubble wrap.The box looked like it had been opened previously and the thin cardboard between the lid and the main vessel was off centered and torn, like it was opened and shut at some point and the shattered dispenser shipped anyway instead of being taken off the shelves. Such bad service!
Drink cannister
Beautiful Crystal piece. Great to sit on a buffet with beverage for a birthday, wedding, or anniversary celebration. It could also be a beautiful dining room or kitchen decoration for anytime even without a beverage.
Small in size
I thought it would be a bigger size than I received. It’s not practical for parties, but can be used for every day use.

Damaged, Used or Displayed Dispensor
Unfortunately, I just opened the box a just a few days pass the 30 day return limit. The dispenser has a lightly, cloudy film. It looks, perhaps, like an old display item or perhaps a returned item. As well a ~1 inch piece of metal fell off near the spigot when I unwrapped the plastic cover. There are also small little "bubbles" on the lid and the dispenser. It arrived in a thin, dirty, moist bag. The dispenser is also smaller and narrower than I expected it to be. I would like to return it because it does not appear to be new or functional. If possible I would rate it a "zero" star.
