Dissapointed

I love these plates, however the following pictures are how I recieved them. The way they were packed amazed me, I’ve been a Macys customer many years and never recieved such poor packaged product. They were packaged in an envelope with a thin piece of cardboard between the glass plates, then placed loosely in a box no padding why would anyone ship in this manner. Then I tried to reorder and they are out, so very disappointed, which is not my normal for macys
