melted chocolate mess

Item arrived melted - yes, it was in a cool box or should I say a hot box. Any coolness had disappeared long ago. Both boxes of chocolate truffles were a melted blob, what a mess inside the cool pack. No way to reach Customer Service.

Melted

Came with the cooling pad melted and the ganache lost all it's texture and melted down. Can't even return it..
