The Perfect Gift- Every Time!

Your website

Your website is almost impossible to deal with. You need operators who can fill orders as in the past. The current difficulties will continue to deter sales. I had additional persons whom I wish to send candy but after my first effort had no interest in doing so.

Disappointed with Presentation

While the chocolates are wonderful, presentation is important when giving gifts. You ran out of inventory for 2-layered, 3-layered, and 4-layered Gold Gift boxes, forcing me to purchase multiple single-layered boxes. This is poor presentation!

Bad Godiva chocolate

The chocolate pcs. had white around them indicating that they were old. This is the second tome I have ordered Godiva from Macy's and received candy that was old. The first time I thought it was just a fluke, but now I realize they are intentionally selling boxes that are too old. I was suspicious when I ordered the latest box and it came with a red ribbon instead of a spring/Easter ribbon. It must be a box from Christmas. I will be returning it tomorrow. I was upset that it was a gift for my mother-in-law and she had to tell me that it was no good.
