I purchased the Gotham Steel air fryer for a Christmas present for my daughter's boyfriend. Imagine my embarrassment when learning the heating element is defective not even two months after the gift was given to him. It's not a cheap item but Macy's won’t stand behind its product and provide a replacement - customer service rep says “no one can help you.” No wonder Macy's has closed so many stores, losing loyal customers can't be a successful business model. Don't buy this product - it won't last 3 months.

Works great but a little small, I use it on a regular routine!

I bought this for my cousin for her bridal shower and she loves it. It's absolutely beautiful - easy to use. Great for gifts or self use

I purchased this on a whim as a first time owner of an air fryer. I didn't not do any research about this product or what size I would need. With that being said. I live the air fryer, the food comes out crisp. I did not experience any awful plastic smell that I have read others have with other brands. The basket is very small so I'd recommend this for no more than two people! The one bad thing that happened, after the second use the numbers on the timer faded completely off I had to write them on with a sharpie. Other than that I am satisfied with this product I'm just looking for a larger one now as I have a family of four.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using this for everything. It's easy to learn how to use and it's convenient. I like that is digital. It's also easy to clean which is a plus. We've been trying to eat healthier and using this is a start since it doesn't use oils or anything. Our favorite thing to make in it is chicken. We've also made carrot fries and zuchini chips. It's fun to experiment with different recipes

I've made chicken tenders, french fries, tater tots, mini corn dogs, etc and everything is crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. I also love how quickly i can cook something in it compared to the oven that has to be preheated and cooking in oven heats up the whole kitchen which the air fryer doesn't. It's also very easy to clean.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like the way it cooks.Food comes out nice and crispy with very little oil.This air fryer has seven different pre defined cooking options and the desired food can be set by touching the mode icon.Also,the digital touchscreen allows you to set your own temperature up to 400F and time.The controls are easy and simple.Its quiet when running.The cooking basket has the 2.6l capacity and it’s good for serving two to three people.Made my own french fries, it came out crispy and delicious.It took about 18 minutes for three medium sized potatoes.I pulled out the cooking basket(goes to pause mode), turned them half way through cooking process and added some extra pepper.It resumes cooking once the basket is back to its place.It beeps once the timer is up.The handle makes it easy to pull out the basket and it stays cool throughout the cooking process.Make sure you do not pull out the basket using your thumb, this will detach the cooking basket from the tray if you accidentally touch the release button.Both the basket and the tray that holds it are non stick and dishwasher friendly.It has cut down on the mess and saves me a lot of cleaning time.However,this air fryer smelled like plastic when I turned it on but started to fade after about 4 uses.No recipe book Included and only has a recipe for French fries.It is pretty large so it takes a fair amount of my limited counter space and it does not come with any accessories.
