Good overall
This ceramic coated pan with lid is absolutely beautiful. The gold handles are a really nice touch to make this pan elegant. The nonstick works well, I’ve not had a problem with food sticking since I’ve used it. The only issue is I’m worried about scratching. The size is nice for a small family.

Perfect for one pot meals and very beautiful to look at
This pan is now my favorite go to for everything from frying chicken to one pot meals such as biryani I have pictured which is layers of meat, fried onion, and basmati rice. The high sides make it perfect for frying and the lid seals it well to avoid splashing. I do not need a deep fryer for chicken anymore. It cooked evenly without scorching and nothing stuck to it. The instructions said not to use cooking sprays and I found I didn’t need anything anyway including extra oil for the meat layer in the biryani. It is the perfect pan for lasagna as I can bake this in the oven taking the lid off and on as needed. I prefer pans that can take up to the 500 degrees this pan does, it is also a beautiful edition to my pots and pans. I leave this pan out on the stove as it is beautiful to look at. If you like to cook one pot meals, layered meals such as lasagna or fry chicken I definitely recommend it. It has the highest sides I have of any of my other pans without being a stockpot which is not usually suitable for my usual cooking. The lids fit well and keep the moisture in the dish. I can’t wait to get the entire set as I feel these pans are definitely aesthetically pleasing and are so easy to keep clean they will stay that way without discoloring or scorching.
