Works great for me.

I'm giving this a 5 Star review even though there is no drip tray. I use this at least 5 out of 7 days a week to cook chicken, shrimp and salmon and it does a terrific job. It cooks evenly and while the plates are not removable they clean up like a dream and since I generally use minced garlic on my meats the garlic cleans off the plates quite easily. I use soap to soften any food left on the plates, sometimes I let the soap sit on the plates for a while then I use a sponge or paper towel for clean up. I do prefer these plates to some of the other indoor grill plates so I'm a happy customer.

Description Incorrect

I ordered this grill as a gift. It arrived in a timely fashion. I was disappointed to find that there was no drip tray included in the box. I was even more disappointed to find that the grill plates were not removable as stated in the description. This was the main reason I ordered this particular grill. While it is a nice size and an attractive-looking grill, the fact that the grill plates were not removable for easy cleaning was a deal breaker. I will be returning it.
