Poor customer service and priduct!

I was very disappoonted for 2 reasons. #1 The delivery person left an extremely heavy box with the desk"parts" in front of my entrance to my condo. It was impossible to move by myself. I had not received notification it was on its way and had stepped out for 10 minutes. #2 Although the finished product will be fine the desk is in hundreds of pieces and packages of screw etc! I had to hire someone to put it together and it took him.3 hours! Very disappointed in Macy's selling such a product! Poor customer service!
