Poor packaging

Received smashed and torn product box and no free gifts as stated on Macys website. Product not damaged but was appalled in which the employee mailed the product in such a state.

After a month of using this product as instructed, it gave me a stye on both eyes. I do not recommend.

One good, one bad

The first one I got was good and worked well , but the second one after a few days all the liquid inside was gone . It was almost empty.
