Missing item

The item was not in the bag! The post office put it in my locked box with and empty bag with stickers indicating the item was damaged. How do I resolve this strange occurrence?

Bought for vacation.

Absolutely love this dress. Exactly what I was looking for. I will need to use to double sided tape at the top just so I don’t spill out.
