as much as i wanted to love this.. i had it for about a month and the plastic broke whilst shutting on the lid., also its doesnt melt inside well

Poor Quality

Very disappointed. It doesn’t work well at all. Burns the bread and the inside isn’t even heated through.

Everything about this is terrible cheaply made so hard to clean

Bad product

This is not worth your time or money. This product was obviously made in a place that does not have bread. You can not even fit a whole slice of bread in the designated slot. If you do get this product be ready to return it

Black Plastic Broke

I have to agree with Cathy's review. On the first use, the black plastic broke on one side as I closed the latch to secure the sandwiches. It seems it is a flaw from the assembly line.

Not durable

I got this grill at the end of September, used it about twice a week in October. In the beginning of November the black plastic side panels broke. I think it is due to a design flaw. While the non-stick diamond infused metal plates are very well-made, the black plastic side panels were too thin and not durable enough to endure the constant heat and pressure and finally snapped.

Great product

This is a great product. My family really enjoys using it. The best part about it is how easy it is to use. Even two of my kids (age 11 and 13) use it quite often. It’s easy to clean as well. I definitely recommend this product.

Cooks fast!

My family and I are really enjoying our new GraniteStone 72 sq. in. Classic Blue Ultra-Durable Non-Stick Diamond Infused Low Fat Grill. It is super convenient and cooks fast. The food tastes great and the meat is very juicy. Clean up is quick and easy, as well. It wipes clean and the food doesn't stick. I definitely am impressed with how well this indoor grill works.
