Fry an egg, no oil.

I was very pleasantly surprised by my outcome. I wanted to really see if this pan could stand up to all the hype and it did. I fried two eggs without oil and they came right out with no problems, what a pan. I love it will order more in the future.

Amazed!

Hi everyone else, I was dubious about spending this much money on a set of pots and pans, but boy is it worth it! The ceramic finish creates very even cooking. The cleanup is so very easy. Typically just a wipe with a soapy dish cloth. The color I chose aqua) is beautiful.

Comparing different brands

We are trying the sauce pan because our old Cr**** pans had the coating chipping. We are trying a couple of companies and so far Green Pan has exceeded our expectations.

Great pans!

Just received these and I love them. Super easy cleanup, heat distribution is even, and I am looking at buying the entire set, now. Contrary to other reviews, I have no issues with using them on our Thermador gas stove.
