Very pleased with these pans. I was skeptical on the hype but was in the market for new, non-toxic pans…and these delivered more than I was expecting. Great non-stick and a breeze to clean! Highly recommend taking the jump and switching!

Nonstick? Not even close!
Buyer beware. I was so excited to try these pans and let go of Teflon, but I can't even fry an egg with these pans -- no matter how much butter or oil I use. Everything sticks to these "nonstick" pans.

Best Pans I Ever Cooked With
These are the most amazing pans I have ever cooked with! Nothing sticks in them and even eggs don't burn or stick. I will buy more of this!

Wow, this griddle is slippery!
The Greenpan ceramic frypans and everything pan I purchased were amazing. They conducted heat so much more efficiently than my other cookware that was rated as the best at the time. I used to cook almost everything on high heat and now medium-high seems to be the same heat. And nothing sticks to the surface. I was definitely impressed and had to get used to gentler handling using utensils because I didn’t have friction and needed less force. Why am I talking about skillets when this review is for. griddle? Because, the griddle with low sides requires even lighter handling with utensils. The griddle is even more so. Developing a lighter touch soon becomes second nature, though, and you get stellar results with a gentler touch. There’s an adaptive process to not having food sticking, but still browning and crisping that you quickly overcome and I just love these pans. Oil is used for flavor and to get a level of crispness, which is great, and not required so food won’t stick, which results in you deciding to use more oil from a culinary perspective and not just to prevent sticking.

Works Great!
Got these to replace some older, heavier induction pots. Night and day change. These are much lighter and have the nonstick we were wanting. Even heating and quick clean up. Have since ordered additional pans from this line.

Would Buy Again (Because I Did)
I love my Valencia pans (and pots). They’re really functional and the non-stick is long lasting (compared to other current pan brands). They lose one star because the non-stick DOES wear out faster than I would have liked (my last set of Valencia pans lasted about 2.5 years of CONSTANT daily use washing by hand). However, even with this timing, Green Pan has still outlasted and out performed other pans I’ve had so I feel like it’s worth it. Pieces that aren’t used as often (1x per week or less) are still pristine after 3 years, so I still feel like they’re a great value.
