The nonstick ceramic surface works really well! This was a long-overdue upgrade to my old pans.

Awesome pans, the nonstick lasts way longer than a cheap pan. Just ordered the restorer and can’t wait to try it on a pan I overheated and made sticky. Don’t do that! Low to medium heat only! Awesome pans!

These pans are amazing to cook with, my only regret is not buying them sooner! They cook food thoroughly with minimal oil/butter and are a breeze to clean.

I love them but I wish you didn't have to use any kind of oil or butter and that the pan itself was completely nonstick.
