Defective

Only worked for 1 day, made a loud clacking sound. I don’t know if this was a return as it also did not include the remote as described. I returned this one but, reordered a second one as I really liked the look and how it worked and was willing to give the product a second chance. Glad I did as the second one worked perfect, came w/a remote and it’s actually a pretty cool fan.

Fan motor does not work!!

I was so excited to get this fan after reading all of the positive reviews. Put it together per instructions from online installation video on manufacturers website. Turned it on and does not work!! Tried all settings: oscillation works great but THE FAN BLADE only turns of over very slow at the highest setting. There's a heatwave with high humidity in Chicago right now and I'm hot, soaking with sweat and angry. Will find a way to return this ASAP
