Awful return Policy!

Never ever would I buy this brand again!!! Did not fit and it took over a month to get a refund for this item. I had to mail it to the vendor, Macy's does not take your return! I had 2 items in my order returned them back in December. I finally, got a refund for this jeans last week but the other item the status says processed for almost a month!! When I call Macy's they keep telling me wait another 4 days. Today, they told me wait 14 days!!!!

very high waisted , not much stretch , can not return to a Macys store must print a label and bring to ups , very inconvenient ,which should be stated in the information.
