Electrical on headrest stopped working

Had this couch under 2 years the 1st few months headrest got stuck and then started working few days later fast forward today 2 headrest are stuck in 1 position. USB-C charging does not work. You may want to get extra warranty because most likely it will fail. The couch is comfortable but not good once headrest gets stuck.

Love this sofa!!

Did a lot of research and waited for a sale… we are sooo pleased with everything about this zero gravity sofa! Comfortable, classy looking (we chose grey) love the charging station, the lights, cup holders etc!! Nice firm seating and works well in small space. Love it, no negatives!

Terrible mattress

The worst 5 night in my life since I received this “perfect sleeper”. My whole body hurts. I ordered medium that I tried in the store. I received firm - horrible painful experience and still waiting on Macys to resolve this issue. Too tall and short at the same time. Not comfortable at all. Can’t wait to get rid of it. I also get too hot at night - don’t know what materials they used but very poor quality.

Good for the first 6 months

Just under a year old with only normal use and it’s already kinda falling apart. Cushion separation, the charging bad has come off, sections feel loose. It’s just me so this shouldn’t be worn down that much already. Kinda frustrating.

Stopped working

The chargers in the middle of the couch didn’t work from day 1. 11 months in one of the recliners stopped working. It was covered under warranty. New couch same thing happened in less than a month and another month in the other side stopped working. Unfortunately it’s only comfortable when reclined and that function is non existent now.

Great for sleeping!

I bought one of these last summer. On the whole, it's very comfortable, and the cupholders are a nice extra. Since I bought it during a sale, I sprung for one of the protection plans, which came with a spill cleanup kit. That kit came in quite handy when I inadvertently spilled coffee. The cleaner did the job; the spill left no stain. What I like best s that the headrest can be adjusted separately; combined with how far back the seats can recline, it is great for sleeping without the need for an extra pillow. The things I don't like are little: (1) the buttons used to turn the lights on and off and adjust the recliner and headrest are too similar, meaning I'm always pressing the wrong button at first; (2) the reading lights aren't terribly useful; and (3) when a remote, phone, or other object falls between the cushions, they fall through to the floor, requiring extra effort to retrieve. (No way around that last one, because of the recliner.)
