Wrong ring was sent

After I ordered the ring you guys decided to sent me wrong ring. Also it was delay 2 time and when it finally arrived it was wrong ring. Then I had to go and exchange the return and buy new one again hope this time I get right one. And it wasn't the issue of the store workers it was issue of the delivery company and the factory and ware house. How you can mess up such simple thing. And you have to understand its engagement ring it has to arrive on time to people to be able to propose
