Macys Masters of Invisible Delivery Dates

I purchased from Macy’s solely because they advertised a 3–6 business day delivery. We are far past that deadline, with zero updates or reliable ETA. Every time I reach out for help, I’m met with scripted responses from representatives who clearly cannot provide real answers. The agent I spoke with today simply repeated the same useless tracking information I already had and offered no effort to actually resolve the issue. At this point, it feels like the 3–6 day delivery claim is nothing more than a sales tactic to lure customers in. I could have bought this item anywhere, but chose Macy’s because of that promise — a decision I now regret. Based on this experience, I do not plan to shop with Macy’s again.

Round Diamond Engagement Ring

Absolutely Beautiful! I paired this ring with a solid fit silver band. I did some research before purchasing and was between this one and an oval shape. But looking into the mixed reviews of the oval shape having a bow tie at times and can also be misleading in terms of value I went with this one. This is a beautiful size and the perfect engagement ring. So shiny and looks so classy.
