Beautiful and stunning!

We ordered the ring on January 17th and received it 4 days later. The shipping has vastly improved in comparison to other reviews. This ring is stunning. The ring was on sale has E color, VVS2 clarity and it is certified. I highly recommend it. You will not be disappointed don’t hesitate!

Disappointed

Ordered Feb 14 for gift, as of March 1st it is still processing. Committed delivery dates have past twice so far with no commitment as to when I will receive. I had no alternative other than print a picture of the gift to put in a card…. Very disappointed to see Macys still advertising with expected delivery of 3 to 5 business days. Don’t believe it!

I have not received it

I ordered it two weeks ago and have contacted Macy's customer service. They only tell me it should be here and the website shows it is still processing. No one can track it or give me any details on how or when it shipped or if it shipped or how to track it. Poor communication.

Just one day in and it already has scratches on it. It’s a beautiful ring, but for the price you would think it should be better quality.
