I would love to give a review of the ring but have yet to receive it. I ordered on December 9th. Should have been plenty of time to arrive before Christmas. But as someone else said my order is still in processing mode. Called 3 times didn’t get anymore information than I can see on the order itself. I’m now wondering seriously if Macy’s has sold more than they had in stock. Now we have to wait for their shipment to come in so they can ship it to us. It’s now 8 (business days) and no info but in Process,12 days total! I don’t think I’m being unreasonable. I get that it’s Christmas time. But a little more information as to what is going on would be appreciated.I.E: lost in transit,weather delay, etc. something other than in process. Kind of funny the automated line says it’s still being packed. Will give a review on the ring if I ever receive it. Today is December 20th.

Haven’t received

This is for Christmas and they have been processing for 2 weeks, I’m afraid it’s not coming. Very disappointing with Macy’s service. Joke

Poor customer service

We’re so disappointed at the poor customer service from Macy. We placed our order on 12/9 and website stated 3-6 day delivery. Today is 12/18 and we have not received this ring. When we called to inquire we were met with an unpleasant experience. Safe to say we will take our money elsewhere, where we are appreciated!

NOT SHIPPED NO UPDATE

Ordered 12/3- never shipped and no status updated online -The Macy's chat and call specialist just say the same thing that is in the system that I can see. I requested it to be cancelled and refunded ASAP.

Horrible online experience

Ordered November 29 fotdt online chat said it would ship tge 11th of December now they are saying my order is stuck in processing and escalated to supervisor. However, I have not received an email any supervisor. Macys Im disappointed you have really dropped the ball on this one. This is a Christmas present and I need to know whether its coming or if I should look for another ring.
