Pretty but not worth it.
I purchased these rugs from the manufacturer a number of years ago. They were extremely expensive (over $100 each) and didn't last as long as expected. Also they recommend drying on low which was impossible because they are very thick and would have taken two hours to dry. I do not recommend unless you have money to burn on your dryer bill.
"ECO-FRIENDLY" MISSED THE MARK!!
These people are trying to be eco friendly but in the process are creating products that are not satisfactory. This was supposed to be ivory but because it was unbleached cotton, was a really ugly yellowish color. They also suggested washing the rugs in a pillow case the first few times so that all of the shedding would not get caught in your washer drain (and clog it up, I suppose). NO THANK YOU!!! Too much hassle.

Good product
The quality is great the color not so much. Unfortunately, I can not return my rugs for a different color as the tags were cut off. The ivory color does not match the color online….and now I’m stuck with 3 of them. However, the driftwood color is perfect and looks great!
Soft. Thick. Organic cotton. Perfect as a cat bed!
I got this as a cat bed and cat carrier pad because my cat has very sensitive skin. It is cushier than most cat beds and has the benefit of being nontoxic. Grund seems like a very ethical and caring company, and I plan to try some of their other products. I would love to have one of these bath rugs for ME!
