free gift with purchase over 100 dollars

So I made a Gucci purchase for my wife and at checkout, there were two (2) "free gifts" that my purchase dollar amount qualified me for. However, upon checkout, one (1) free gift became unavailable. After placing the order, 30 minutes later the second free gift became out of stock. Even though my dollar figure qualified me for not one but two free gifts, I now receive 0. Seems like Macy's should make things right, doesn't it? I didn't ask for anything free. I just qualified for it. But upon further review, I guess I didn't?!? Thanks Macy's! I'll remember this one

Disappointing

This fragrance is lovely, at least when you first spray the parfume. Unfortunately the scent only last for a very short time. Love the fragrance but to me it doesn’t warrant the price unless the manufacturer would add some more essential oils to enhance the longevity of then scent. I would not buy this product again.

Never Received My Item!

I tried my best not to deliver a negative review. However, I received an email from Macy's asking me to review the item that I purchased. First of all, I never received my bottle of Gucci Bloom perfume which cost me a nice price! I've tried reporting it to Macy's but their chat system continues to give me an error message whenever I attempt to report this issue. I placed my order on August 21, 2024 and it was supposed to arrive on August 26, 2024 but it never did and whenever I check the status of my order it continues to say, "It's on the way." It is now September 11, 2024 and my order still has not arrived. I'm highly disappointed! I absolutely love Gucci Bloom perfume which is why I ordered it and paid so much money for it! So, this negative review is not about the perfume, but instead it is directed towards Macy's for their incompetent website making it difficult to report issues such as this.
