Guess jeans size smaller than other brands

Ordered online for my son and they came late. He went to put them on and he did take tags off and they were tight (he's normally a 14) but they weren't comfortable. We took them to the closest store(40 min drive) they would not accept the return because tags weren't attached. They were rude about it! I talked to customer service online and returns aren't easy or convenient for customers! Just keep that in mind when ordering from Macy's!They are rude to customers in their actual stores. We have spent thousands at Macy's over the years. Very disappointing!
