The best coat ever.

I love this double breasted coat, I have enjoyed wearing it and got so many compliments.

Ugly gold buttons on a cute coat

The coat is well made however the buttons are awful, bright gold (cheap looking). I wear a size 14/16 and The XXL fit a little loose. That is OK for layering with sweaters. For a slimmer fit, then an XL would have worked.

Love

Hands down, my as of late favorite wardrobe item. I had it altered to cut the length and sleeves, and I changed buttons. 5'5'', 150 lbs. proportional body, M is a perfect fit with some room for an underlayer. I live in NYC and the coat is wearable during winter months, for the most part. The cut is classical, figure shaping, and I receive many compliments. It doesn't feel heavy on my body and can be dressed up or down. I'm getting another color.

Beautiful but not the Warmest

The coat looks beautiful. I kept it but I wish it was warmer. If you look at the tag, it is a blend and there is not a whole lot of "real" wool in it. It was lighter than what I expected, that was the only thing I was unhappy about.
