Broken necklace received

Beautiful necklace if it wasn't broken. I can't blame UPS for this since it was packaged in a secure box and secured in bubble wrap. Definitely a quality control issue. The strand of crystals is broken and taking it to a jeweler to be fixed is too expensive. I'm going to remove that strand and wear it as a two-layer necklace.
