What Happened

Extremely disappointed. The blue material looked cheap as if it would start to peel off. Also, the handles were thin and flimsy. Lastly, the purse was packaged/shipped to have indentations in it. Majority of my purses are Guess as I like the quality and look. I was shocked when I received this in the mail to say the least.
