Everything Was Wrong

I'm still trying to figure out what Macy's is doing. When my item arrived it still had tags on it but had numerous pulls. Clearly it had been returned before. On top of that, it also came with a receipt but it wasn't a Macy's receipt but a JC Penny's receipt. I was already frustrated to have to take time out of my day to return this "new" item but the oddity of the other receipt has left be befuddled.
