Haven’t received it yet

UPS package said was stolen. I reached out to y’all. Y’all said y’all need to do an investigation and would send me an email if the items could be replaced. I order it 12/11/2025 ups report 12/16/205 stolen it’s 12/19/2025 today know I’m waiting
