I’m giving this product 1 star—not because of the quality or fit of the shoes, which I can’t speak to yet—but due to the poor shipping experience. It’s been over a week since I placed my order, and the shoes have yet to ship. Even more frustrating is the complete lack of communication or updates on the order status. This rating reflects the disappointing fulfillment and customer service, not the product itself.
