Horrible customer service

Ok for the price, but when my wife returned the item she was harassed and accused of not having the pants that went with the jacket. The problem was this was just a jacket and never had pants with it. The clerk was very rude and did not want to accept the return but was eventually helped by a senior more knowledgeable person.

nautica sports coat

has alot of deep wrinkles, I guess it's best not to order a sport coat online. Other than that the color is great and what I thought it was and the fit is nice but I thought the material would be better I order a red Nautica sport coat about two yrs ago and loved it but this one is not the same material but the color is better
