Like: looks, material, zipper pocket inside is ok. Don't like: shoulder strap too long, pocket for cel is too small (how can that be??!!!!), other 2 pockets are very rather useless--one is very shallow and the other difficult to put your hand into. Purse doesn't open up much, looks big but doesn't fit much for travelling, have to bend it when I put it under airplane seat for storage.

I just purchased this bag in May, and I LOVE LOVE the bag, but one of the screws fell out of my straps today, too. Another customer mentioned it happened to her. My return date was August as well. Is there a replacement process? The strap has disattached from the bag. Please help!

Nice and roomy

One of the screws came out on my handle and I don't know where it is, it just popped off my shoulder while I was walking in the mall, I am so disappointed. My return date was August 2021, so it worked for a good while, but I am unable to return it. Not sure what else I can do.
