Not happy😥

Very hard to read the time!!! Doesn't work! Keeps stopping & wrong time. Keep setting it, does not keep time correctly. Unfortunately, it is a last call item. It was not cheap either. Is there some kind of resolution? I can't imagine Macys just doing nothing about this. Am I just going to have to take this loss. Not cool!
