Poorly made

I purchased these heels in June of 2025 and have only worn them a few times. The shoes are already falling apart. The soles are ripping and sliding preventing me from wearing them for fear of falling and getting injured.

Wrong shoe color

I ordered the dark blue heels and I was excited to open them and I got the navy blue heels instead. I was disappointed and went to my macys and reordered them and got an exchange. The employee made sure to order the DARK BLUE heels, today I opened them up to find that they were once again the navy ones. I called costumer service for almost 30 min just for him to tell me the initial color was not available and if I wanted a different color that I would be charged and refunded.
