Too long for typical M size

I ordered it for my wife, M is her typical size, but it was too long, hands were also long. Have to see if macy can accept return.

The only issue I have is with the pocket zippers. They are not sturdy and came off the first day I tried to sip it

Super warm

I love this jacket, but it runs big. I'm a medium pear shaped size 10 and I usually size up because I wear hoodies underneath my puffer jacket but the Large is too large. and the belt didn't snatch as well as it looked like in the picture. I still love it though. Working in NYC with the wind blowing against you, its super great
