No Customer Service

I bought this watch 6 months ago and the reason I gave 3 stars is more for the customer service at Macys and Gevril watch company. The wrist band was a little tight, so I sent in to macys to have 1-2 chain links attached. The sales person said they could not do it I would have to contact watch company and gave me a card, it’s been so long I don’t remember if the card was her information. I do remember going on internet to find out how to send this watch for extensions to NY, I’m in Michigan. I called Gevril, sent email and I am still waiting to hear from them. The watch is beautiful and I like it a lot, so when I did not receive any type of acknowledgment I decided I would lose weight lol, and I did.
