Flawed shoe can't be returned!

I like the look of the shoes, but the left one seems to have a manufacturing flaw. Unfortunately, Macy's says the shoes can't be returned. Disappointing.

Not a good fit.

They were too big. I've had to add a full shoe insert plus a heel cushion. They still don't feel right.
