These slippers sucked. The right side of my left slipper looked like he had already been worn and blown out. Can't even return these....

Isotoner needs to describe their shoe size better.

I'm upset about sizing on slippers just purchased. I thought that XXL would be a 11 Isotoner. It's a 14. you didn't describe properly. I'm disabled, so I can't run to a Macy's store. These slippers are not returnable. So I'm screwed times 3. What size Isotoner fits a 10.5. I'm going to have to reorder the right size whatever that is? I bought 3 pair.
