Poor Customer Service

I tried to call customer service to let them know I never received my package but I have been unsuccessful and at this point I just want to cancel my whole order UPS is horrible at delivery and I couldn’t even pull up the picture to confirm the delivery

Not what was expected.

Comforter was thinner than what i expected. There was also black shading in the white leaves that was not evident in the picture and at first looked like the comforter was dirty. I would not have ordered it had i known this. I would have sent it back if i had paid full price but since it was such a deal I'm keeping it as a spare. You get what you pay for.
